The ACT Government's ongoing work to reduce red tape for cross-border businesses should be supported by all parties to maximise regulatory consistency throughout the Canberra Region and replace ACT-NSW competition with genuine collaboration. All levels of government should cooperate to ensure our region is supported as a manufacturing engine capable of fully commercialising the innovations emerging from the city, delivering new jobs, capabilities and economic opportunities to emerging regional industries.
